Caro Jones was an American casting director active in film from the 1970s through mid-1990s. She began her career as an assistant casting director for the Theatre Guild in New York. After six years with the Guild that included casting the live television show, "United States Steel Hour," Jones moved to California. In Los Angeles she spent two years at NBC, four years with Filmways, and two years with Paramount Television. Jones then went independent and created her own casting company.
