LIBRARY APPOINTMENTS:

You must book an appointment on our calendar before coming to the library: oscars.libcal.com.

*If you aren’t sure which reading room to book, please contact ref@oscars.org.

Special Collections:

For Special Collections material, you must send a list(s) 7 days in advance via Research Request and book on the calendar. If you have not completed both steps, your appointment is not complete.

Core Collections:

You only need to book a Core Collections appointment on the calendar, no need to send lists of Core material in advance, with one exception: Core Collection Photograph files require a list in advance and a Special Collections appointment to view.

FILM ARCHIVE APPOINTMENTS:
