Marion Dougherty (1923-2011) was an American casting director, active in film from 1964 to 1999. She began her career in live television in the late 1950s. She served as casting director for more than 100 feature films and several major television series. Dougherty was head of casting at Paramount beginning in 1976, then moved to Warner Bros., where she served as vice president of casting from 1979 until her retirement in 1999.
