Richard Williams is a Canadian animator and film title sequence designer active in film from the 1940s. He earned three Academy Award statuettes, including a 1988 special achievement award. THE CHARGE OF THE LIGHT BRIGADE is a 1968 United Kingdom feature film directed by Tony Richardson. The film was released in the U.S. by United Artists with main titles and animation by Williams.
