Julius J. Epstein was an American screenwriter active in film from the mid-1930s to 1983. He often collaborated with his brother, Philip G. Epstein. Julius also wrote for the stage and occasionally produced films. He was nominated for an Academy Award four times in the screenwriting category, receiving an Oscar for CASABLANCA (1942).
