Jack Cummings was a Canadian-born producer active in film from 1934 to 1964. The nephew of Louis B. Mayer, he was associated with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, notably as a producer and director of the studio’s short subjects. He produced SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS (1954) was which was nominated for best picture.
