Polly Smith

Costume designer

Polly Smith received her BFA in Fashion Design from Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia. She began working with the Jim Henson Company in 1978 creating costumes for the television program, The Muppet Show. In 2022, she was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame for her work with co-creators Lisa Lindahl and Hinda Miller for designing the Jogbra® for women runners.
