The collection consists of two variant scripts. THE COTTON CLUB is a 1984 American dramatic film co-written and directed by Francis Ford Coppola. The Cotton Club was a jazz performance venue located in Harlem in the 1920s and the 1930s.
- BiographyFrancis Ford Coppola is an American filmmaker active since 1959. He was nominated by the Academy 14 times for his work as a director, producer, and writer. He received Academy Awards for his screenwriting work on PATTON, THE GODFATHER, and THE GODFATHER PART II, and for directing and producing THE GODFATHER PART II. In 2010 he was presented the Irving G. Memorial Award.
