Graphic Arts
The Graphic Arts series of the Mark Goldblatt papers spans the years 1943-2004 and encompasses 54 posters. Many of the posters are for science fiction films and were printed in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Belgium. Titles include MARK OF THE LASH (1948), THE 1000 EYES OF DR. MABUSE (1960), PIRANHA (1978), THE HOWLING (1981), and HARD-BOILED (1992).Special Collections
The Manuscript series of the Mark Goldblatt papers spans the years 1987-1994 and encompasses less than one linear foot. There are two annotated scripts for DEAD HEAT (1988) and one script for SHOWGIRLS (1995), heavily annotated by editor Mark Goldblatt with notes from director Paul Verhoeven. - BiographyMark Goldblatt is an American editor and director active since 1976. He is known for his work editing THE HOWLING, TRUE LIES, and ARMAGEDDON. He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Film Editing for TERMINATOR II: JUDGEMENT DAY.
