Murray Lerner papers

Murray Lerner was an American director and producer active from 1956 until his death in 2017. His output consisted primarily of music-related documentaries. He received an Academy Award for Best Documentary, Feature for FROM MAO TO MOZART: ISAAC STERN IN CHINA and was nominated for the same award for FESTIVAL.
