- BiographyLupita Tovar was a Mexican-born actress active from 1929 to 1952. She is best known for her work in the Spanish-language versions of Universal’s THE CAT CREEPS and DRACULA, as well as SANTA, one of Mexico’s first sound films. Tovar was married to agent and producer Paul Kohner from 1932 until his death in 1988, and they had two children, producer Pancho Kohner and actress Susan Kohner.
Paul Kohner was a Czech-born Hollywood film agent. Prior to founding the Paul Kohner Agency in 1938, he was an associate producer of foreign production for Universal. - Subjects
