- BiographyCyd Charisse was an American actress and dancer. Her roles usually focused on her abilities as a dancer, and she was paired with Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly; her films include SINGIN' IN THE RAIN (1952), THE BAND WAGON (1953) and BRIGADOON (1954). She stopped dancing in films in the late 1950s, but continued acting in film and television. Tony Martin was an American actor and singer who was married to performer Cyd Charisse for 60 years. Martin starred in hit movies such as MUSIC IN MY HEAT (1940), THE BIG STORE (1941), CASBAH (1948).
