The collection consists of production material for many of Couffer's feature films and television movies. Also included is manuscript material for most of his published books.
- BiographyJack Couffer is an American cinematographer and film and television director. Couffer has specialized on documentary films, often involving nature and animal cinematography. Couffer was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Cinematography in 1974 for his work on the film version of the novel JONATHAN LIVINGSTON SEAGULL. In addition to his book about the "Bat Bomb," projects conducted during World War II, Couffer has published ten other books of non-fiction and fiction.
