His career started in New York City where he designed sets and costumes for theater and opera. In the mid-1990s, Robison began to find work on film productions including MY FAMILY, MI FAMILIA (1995) and CANDYMAN: FAREWELL TO THE FLESH (1995). Since that time, Robison has worked on a variety of films creating environments for pictures as diverse as BUBBLE BOY (2001), HIDALGO (2004) and WEDDING CRASHERS (2005).
