- BiographyGloria Gresham was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University. After graduation, Gresham moved to New York City and began her career in theater. In 1978, she received her first film credit as costume coordinator on the movie THE WIZ (1978). Gresham's film career includes URBAN COWBOY (1980), DINER (1982), THE NATURAL (1984), FOOTLOOSE (1984), WHEN HARRY MET SALLY... (1989) and THE AMERICAN PRESIDENT (1995). In 1990, Gresham was nominated for an Academy Award for her work on AVALON (1990).
