- Burt Lancaster was an American actor and producer active from 1946 until 1991. He formed the production company Hecht-Hill-Lancaster with Harold Hecht and James Hill for which he produced and starred in several notable films, primarily in the 1950s. He won an Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his work in ELMER GANTRY and was nominated in the same category for FROM HERE TO ETERNITY, BIRDMAN OF ALCATRAZ, and ATLANTIC CITY, USA.
- Robert Mitchum was an American actor and singer active from 1943 until his death in 1997. He appeared in more than 100 films and is best known for his work in such films as CROSSFIRE, OUT OF THE PAST, TRACK OF THE CAT, NIGHT OF THE HUNTER, CAPE FEAR, RYAN’S DAUGHTER, and THE FRIENDS OF EDDIE COYLE, among many others. He also produced, co-wrote, starred in, and co-wrote and performed the theme song for THUNDER ROAD. He was nominated for an Academy award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for G.I. JOE.
