- BiographyCarl von Pach-Winther was an Danish-born adventurer. He arrived in Los Angeles in 1908 and worked as a film lab technician and cameraman. By 1917 he was photographing educational pictures on locations around the world for Chester Productions and other companies. His name is given as Carl von Pagh-Winthers in a biography in the collection written at the time of his death.
