- BiographyTwentieth Century Fox Film Corporation is an American film studio. The company was formed in 1935, as the result of a merger between Fox Film Corporation, founded by William Fox in 1915, and Twentieth Century Pictures, begun in 1933. The studio, located in Los Angeles, was a subsidiary of News Corporation, the media conglomerate controlled by Rupert Murdoch. In 2019, the studio became a subsidiary of Walt Disney Studios.
