The production files contain press releases, publicity materials, and memos for films THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH (1952), THE LAW OF THE LAWLESS (1923), SEA HORSES (1926), and VOLCANO (1926).
The subject files contain financial documentation for Paramount Pictures, as well as release schedules and correspondence. - BiographyStella Stray was a bookkeeper in Hollywood from the mid-1910s into the 1950s. Trained as a stenographer, she became secretary to Cecil B. DeMille and Jesse L. Lasky. As a bookkeeper she worked in the accounting department at Famous Players-Lasky Corporation and Paramount Pictures Corp.
